Family & Divorce Mediation

Why Mediation?
Mediation is a preferred, more humane alternative to conflict management where parties can approach their differences in a safe space with a mediator who can help facilitate the process. This alternative can streamline the path to decision making, keeping stress and anxiety at a minimum. Mediation can be a more fluid process where your input can positively effect the outcome.
The Bronstein Approach.
My approach to mediation focuses primarily on building relationships and trust, to facilitate positive resolutions to differences between parties. Peacemaking, in my approach, is done through a multi-partial mediation process which promotes resolve through honest and constructive conflict management. Impartial approaches do not focus on supporting both parties fully while the multi-partial process provides a conduit for achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
Online or In-Person.
Fortunately, mediation can be facilitated online despite the lockdowns resulting from COVID-19. Video conferencing is a viable option for group sessions and individual caucusing. Bronstein Mediation Group offers flexible scheduling and creative meeting options.
